STUDENT INFORMATION FOR FINE ARTS CAMP

RULES AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE 2018 FINE ARTS SUMMER CAMP


1. STUDENTS WILL BE DROPPED OFF BETWEEN 12:45 and 1:00  FROM JULY 16-20 AT THE ST. STEPHEN UMC EDUCATION BUILDING. CHECK-IN WILL START AT 12:30 THE FIRST DAY.

2. STUDENTS WILL BE PICKED UP PROMPTLY BY 5:00 AT THE SAME LOCATION BY A PARENT OR GUARDIAN. IF ANOTHER ADULT IS TO PICK UP YOUR CHILD, YOU MUST NOTIFY THE DIRECTOR AT 817-821-6448 THAT DAY. A PICTURE ID WILL BE REQUIRED FOR THE ADULT PICKING UP THE CHILD.

3. STUDENTS WILL RESPECT THE PROPERTY OF THE EDUCATION CENTER AND THE CHURCH CAMPUS.

4. STUDENTS WILL RESPECT THE USE OF THE INSTRUMENTS AND MATERIALS USED AT THE CAMP.

5. STUDENTS WILL RESPECT INSTRUCTORS AND EACH OTHER.

6. STUDENT CELL PHONES MUST BE KEPT ON SILENT MODE AND OUT OF SIGHT DURING CLASSROOM INSTRUCTION.


FAILURE TO ADHERE TO THE RULES LISTED ABOVE MAY RESULT IN THE STUDENT BEING RELEASED FROM THE CAMP WITHOUT REFUND.

SNACKS ARE SERVED DURING THE CAMP (Water, pretzels, crackers, chips, etc.) All classes are in the Education Building in the same hallway.


ON FRIDAY EACH CLASS IS 30 MINUTES LONG. AN INFORMAL PROGRAM WILL BE HELD AT 3:30 IN THE CHURCH SANCTUARY, FOLLOWED BY LIGHT REFRESHMENTS IN THE HOSPITALITY ROOM. DISMISSAL BY 5:00 PM
